What do I need to get going fast?The steps to get going are: Click the TRY FREE or selects PLANS from the main menu Select a plan and register the required details Confirm your order by clicking the "CONFIRM ACCOUNT" button on the e-mail received Complete your user profile and preferences (or go straight to the App directly from the default settings) Bookmark our APP landing page or set up the product page as an App using your browser settings Follow the menu or the short cut buttons on screen

What support is there?We have a Qi Wiki help page with detailed and searchable support pages answering all the "How do I ...? questions raised by users to date. We also have our own Chat line, where users can chat with support on any "quick fire" questions user's might have. Depending on your support cover we do call backs within the firs hour of an issue raised.

What are the software release cycles?Our products go through the typically controlled stages – Develop (pre-Alpha), Alpha, Beta (perpetual, open and closed), and Release (candidate to production release). A summary of how our release cycle process works can be found here. We share our products with users outside of the organization from the Beta release stage. The release version of our released software is stated on the landing page of each product.

Do I have to pay for FREE trials?No. There are no charges for any products tried during testing. We refer to these as unreleased products. Users only pay for expired FREE trial periods on released products, where pricing plans including FREE trial periods are included. You can cancel your subscriptions during the FREE trial at no cost to you. Our released products references are - Alpha, Beta, and Release. Alpha releases refer to testing phases. The Beta release refer to feature complete software available to users outside of the organization. stage of a product. We charge a discounted price subscription on Beta releases. Why? Because the product benefits and value are deemed ostensibly delivered, and because we are fully geared up and devoted to fast fix, tweak and enhance the product based on customer feedback. Beta product releases are discounted.

What happens when the FREE trial period is over?Don’t panic. We will automatically roll you into the PRO plan. All your history and user settings will migrate across seamlessly. You have a further 15 days thereafter to cancel your PRO plan at no cost

What are my total expected payments per subscription?You will only pay 12 times the quoted monthly product plan price upfront. Our contact periods are 12 months / 365 days from the start date of the product plan purchased plus any FREE trial period (if any, included at the time of purchase for promotional reasons).

Do I need to have a credit card?Yes. We don’t currently accept any other form of payment than that offered and provided by our payment provider.

Do I have to agree to a contract?Yes You do have to subscription license term contract for our service, as is typical for all the SaaS providers on the worldwide web.

When can I stop the subscription?Users may quit using our product anytime. You control your user access by actively going into our App’s user settings and deleting your account. If you quit after your free cancellation period, we will attempt to collect the contracted payments for the remaining period of your contract, in one last single instance. If our claim is unsettled, we will seek to recover outstanding dues via a collection agent.
